Abrasive pastes
Pastes are used for polishing and smooth finishing of workpieces of metal and non-metal materials. Pastes consist of SD or CBN
powders, binders and surface-active agents.
Grit size
Pastes are made from SD or CBN powders of following grit sizes:
- polishing SD powders - grit size 125/100-50/40 (126 - 46);
- micro-polishing АСМ powders - grit size 60/40-1/0;
- polishing CBN powders - grit size 125/100-50/40 (126 - 46);
- micropolishing CBN powders - grit size 40/28-1/0.
Concentration of pastes
Pastes are made in following concentrations:
- N - normal;
- I - increased;
- H - high.
